As a team owner or admin, you can manage access for your coaches in "Team Members" to give coaches their login access.
1) LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND NAVIGATE TO THE TEAM MEMBERS SECTION
2) SELECT ADD MEMBER
3) CHOOSE THE COACH ROLE
a) A dropdown menu will appear. Select COACH as the role for the new user
b) Coaches have editing ability on the account and can add athletes and other coaches
4) ADD THE COACH VIA EMAIL
a) Enter the coach's email address
b) To add multiple coaches at once, separate each email by a comma.
5) SEND THE INVITATION
a) Once all emails are entered, click SEND AN INVITATION to invite coaches to the account
b) An invitation link can also be created with the LINK icon.
• The coach will use this link to fill out their information and create an account.
Once the coach has completed their account setup, they will have access to the team.
