Initiating A Chat

Help is just a click away!  If you are vexed by a question you simply can't find the answer to, please contact one of our support crew for help.  In the lower right corner of the screen, click on the black 'Help' bubble:

Type the word 'chat' into the help box:

This article will be listed as a result, as well as a button to engage in a live chat.  Press that button, select the department you wish to reach (sales or support) and an agent will pop on to help you:


From inside the VidSwap app, click on the 'Account' bars in the upper right corner of the screen, and select 'Chat':
