SportVot Graphics Automation


1.0  About SportVot

1.1. Supported Pixellot Products

  1. Show and Prime.  
  2. SportVot is part of the "Marketplace" solution, where third parties utilized Pixellot API to integrate their solutions into Pixellot platform.

1.2. SportVot Provides the Following Features:  

  1. Graphics solution VAS Overlay Provider (Banners, Ads Insertion, etc...) - to help Pixellot clients to monetize their sports feeds.
  2. Manual Scoreboard and Advanced Graphics
  3. Betting - SportVot overlay appears on Betting Feed
  4. On Boarding - VAS Account Level
  5. Remote Commentating solution.

2.0 Enable SportVot For Customer:  

2.1  Enable SportVot for Account: 

A. Pixellot Super Admin can enable SportVot for a Customer.
B. Login into CMS.
C. Enter Accounts

D. Select relevant Tenant.
E. Click on GET  on the SportVot pane, which is in the MarketPlace Section: 

F.  SportVot is now added to the Account.
G.  To use SportVot, an account needs to be created on the SportVot system.  This will be done by the Account Manager.

2.2  Enable Sportvot for an Event or Tournament:

2.2.1  Create or Edit a CLUB:




2.2.2 Club Settings:

  1. Make note of Club Name - this will be used for defining Event/Tournament.  
  2. Tenant needs to be SPORTVOT.
  3. Select color for team.
  4. Allow VAS.
  5. Hit SAVE.



2.2.3 Create an Event:

  1. Select EVENTS on Left Side Menu.
  2. CLUB must be same as previously created/edited CLUB with Sportot defined as VAS Provider.
  3. Teams are already defined within the CLUB.
  4. Select SPORTVOT for VAS PROVIDER.
  5. Hit SAVE.




3.0  SPORTVOT

3.1  Tournament / Event is automatically shown in SportVot system:





3.2  View Tournament: 

Click on VIEW TOURNAMENT to get information about the Tournament Events (Matches), and to manage these events.

This interface has a Top Menu for:
  1. Info
  2. Matches
  3. Top Performances
  4. Points Table
  5. Ads/Banners
  6. Ads Automation
  7. Ads Analytics

3.2.1  General Information about the Tournament




3.2.2  Matches - List of Matches (Events) in this Tournament:




3.2.3 Ads/Banners:

Banners can be uploaded to SportVot, and they will be managed via the Ads Automation section.  These banners may be static images or animated GIFs.
The UPLOAD BANNER button is used to upload custom banners.
The configuration definitions in the Ads Automation section apply to all Matches (Events) within this Tournament.  


3.2.4  Ads Automation

Manage placement of Banners on Video Feed, in numerous defined configurations, depending on Event, frequency, time, position on screen, etc...
The Banners are not clickable, but are an integral part of the Video Feed.  

Hierarchy of Ads Automation:
  1. Account
  2. Tournament
  3. Team
  4. Event
Note:  Automation defined on the account level, will automatically apply to all level below it.
The Automation will be defined one time on Account level and one time on Club level.  If a an Event has different Advertisers (Banners), then it is possible to override the setting configuration for the Ads Automation for that Event.






                              A.  Example Configuration:
                                    Image HRX and Decathlon - showing each for 50% of the time, alternating every 20 seconds and showing for 10 seconds.
                                    Click on SAVE button to save.

                                                            

3.2.5  Ads Analytics


3.3  Teams: 

Select TEAMS on Left Menu, to get the logos of all the defined Teams, within the Club.




3.3.1  Main Team Interface:


Select on a Team Logo, and the following Team Interface will appear:

3.3.2  Players

3.3.3  Ads Automation:


It is possible to have Ads Automation on a Team level, over riding settings on other levels of the system hierarchy.





3.4  Matches

Select MATCHES on Left Side Menu, and all the Matches will be listed.  Select one Match.



3.4.1
The details of the Match appears.  The two teams are already defined, as well as additional parameters of the Match.
It is possible to edit the INFO, view the ADS ANALYTICS, configure ADS AUTOMATION, or view the Team Players (LINEUP):
