Important notes:

1. Although you may find a lot of currency options when creating a subscription plan, we do not support all of them. Please make sure you know we supports your currency (What is supported by Stripe).

1. If you create a PPV ticket for an event, please make sure his commerce type is set to be Premium (Won’t switched to Premium automatically).

New Subscriptions Tab

This page contain –

1. Create Subscription button – Will be used to create new plans.

1. The active plans display – This is where you can find all your active plans with their info.

1. Switch to archived subscriptions.

Create/Edit Subscription Page

To create a new subscription click on the "+" button, or Edit an existing one. Here are the plans configurations –

1. Title (free short text)
2. Description (free long text)
3. Content to include (Combo box with the options: “All OTT content” (Default), “Pay-Per-Sub Category”)
   If (Pay-Per-Sub Category) – Choose what sub-categories to include from the list
4. Price (free text)
5. Currency
6. Duration Type (Selection options: “Period Of Time”, “Fixed End Date”).
7. Duration (Round number selection) - only when “Period of Time” was selected.
8. Duration Unit (A list with the options: Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, Years) - only when “Period of Time” was selected.
9. Contract End Date (Date selection) (Available to edit ONLY if “Fixed End Date” from bullet 6 was selected)
10. Offer Start Date (Date selection) – The start of the offering time for this plan.
11. Offer End Date (Date selection) - The end of the offering time for this plan.
12. Contract Automatically Renewed (Checkbox)

Archive – Check the box if you want to archive this plan.

Note –

By default, each Premium event is covered by all the “All content” subscriptions.

By edit the event and scroll down to the commerce type section, you can manually decide what subscriptions exactly will cover this specific event.

PPV  (pay per view) tickets

This feature enables admins to create Pay-Per-View (PPV) tickets for individual events (Upcoming & VOD) and set default ticket options for CMS clubs.

How to create PPV ticket for event?

1.      Go to the edit event page and scroll down to the ‘Create a PPV ticket’ button.

2.      Fill in the info and click on Save.

Now you see the ticket info inside the event page.

*Important – Don’t forget to switch the event commerce type to Premium if you want to set this event behind a paywall.

How to set a default PPV ticket for clubs in CMS?

All events that are scheduled via a club with default ppv ticket, will inherit automatically the ticket and its settings.

1.      Go the the Clubs tab on CMS.

2.      Search for the club you want to create a ticket for and click on Edit.

3.      Scroll down to the ‘Create a PPV ticket’ button and click on it.

4.      Fill in the info and click on Save.
