Upload & View Scout Film

UPLOAD SCOUT FILM

1) From the VIDEOS tab, click the ADD VIDEO button on the right side of the screen.

      a) Click UPLOAD VIDEO to access the scout uploader tool.

2) Select SCOUT from the video type and click NEXT   

        

4) Fill in the requested fields about the game

      A) Video Type

            • Continuous - One long video recording

            • Split Files - Many video files such as starting and stopping recording after every play

      B) Angle

            • Select the angle from where the event was recorded

            • Users can upload multiple angles 

      C) Upload footage from the device

            • Click box to open or drag and drop footage 

 

5) Enter Event Details

            a) Fill out the required event details such as event date and start time

            b) In the TEAMS category, users can add two separate teams that are not part of your organization

                     

            c) Once the opposing team has been clicked, use the SELECT TEAM window to search for a specific team. Use the filter tool to narrow the search parameters.

NOTE: If the team does not appear in the system, manually add the opponent by clicking the CREATE TEAM button. 

All U.S High Schools should appear in the system.

                     • Once the desired team has been found or created, select the team and click the DONE button

      d) Team colors can be adjusted using the options to the right of the team name

      e) The game score, event title, logging credentials and exclude the video from stats can be adjusted using the available options

      f) When all options are complete, select SAVE

6) Complete the Upload

           a) Once the video is uploaded, the platform will return to the OVERVIEW page

           b) The video is now successfully imported and ready to use!

VIEW SCOUT FILM

7) To View Uploaded Scout Film, navigate to the VIDEOS tab.

           a) At the top of the screen click SCOUT to open uploaded scout film

8) Users should now see all uploaded scout games in the scout folder for that specific team.

9) If users have scout breakdowns, they should now be able to see breakdowns and clips for scout film. 

Users also have the ability to watch the full gam and clip footage using the OPEN IN EDITOR tool.
