ADD RETURNING ATHLETES TO NEW SEASON

To add returning athletes to a new season click HERE​

MANUALLY ENTER NEW ATHLETES​

1) Log in to your account

2) Click ATHLETE ROSTER on the team's dashboard



 3) Click ADD ATHLETE



ADDING ATHLETE DETAILS
1) Optional Photo Upload: 
      • To Add a profile picture, click the UPLOAD button under the photo icon to select the desired image from a computer.



2) Basic Information
      a) First Name and Last Name
      b) Email - Optional but required for athletes to access the platform

ADDING GAME INFO
 
1) SEASON: Assign athlete to correct athletic season

2) ATHLETE STATUS: 
      a) Active - (Default) - Grants athlete access to platform 
      b) Inactive - Disables athlete's login credentials for this team

3) JERSEY NUMBER - Required field needed for correctly identifying the player

4) POSITION - Select one or more multiple positions the athlete plays

5) ADDING MULTIPLE SEASONS - Use ADD ANOTHER SEASON option to assign the athlete to multiple seasons.



ABOUT THE ATHLETE AND PERMISSIONS
1) ABOUT THE ATHLETE: Add optional details about the player



2) PERMISSIONS: By default, athletes have full view-only access to the platform. 
      • To restrict certain permissions, uncheck the corresponding boxes



IMPORT NEW ATHLETES VIA CSV


1) Log in to your account and navigate to the ATHLETE ROSTER tab



2) Click IMPORT ATHLETES



3) Select the season. Use the SEASON dropdown to choose the correct playing season.



4) Create a CSV file
            a) Create a CSV file from a speadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
            b) Format the CSV file as follows

      Jersey, First Name, Last Name, Email, Position

            c) Save file as .CSV file

5) Upload and Import
            a) Click and drag file into uploader
            b) Select IMPORT and add the athletes to the chosen season.
            c) The roster has now been successfully imported
