Filtering Custom Tags In Play-Based Sports

Filtering Custom Tags In Play-Based Sports

After your custom tags have been created, after you have configured your grid to allow you to access them, and after you have assigned your custom tags, you can use your filters to search for (and pull up) any game clip you're looking for.

If you need help creating custom tags for your play-based sport, please see this article here. (FIX LINK)

If you need help configuring the 'Grid View' of your play-based sport, please see this article here. (FIX LINK)

For these examples, I'm going to be using the sample tags created in the 'Creating Custom Tags In Play-Based Sports' article (found at that first link, above).

FILTERING CUSTOM TAGS:

TEXT TAGS:

If you move your mouse's cursor along the top "clip information header" (above the list of your playclips), a downward arrow will show in the right side of a tag's title box.

Clicking on this downward arrow will open up a dropdown menu that will allow you access to the tag's filters.  Rest your mouse cursor over the 'Filters' box, click in to the text box that opens up, and type in all or part of a word or phrase you want to search for among all your text tags.  The filters will list all of the clips that fulfill your search parameters.

To clear out your filter results and repopulate your original list of clips, you can either click back in to the tag's dropdown menu and uncheck the 'Filters' box or click on the 'Clear Filter' box to the far right of your Grid View tag list.

NUMBER TAGS:
If you move your mouse's cursor along the top "clip information header" (above the list of your playclips), a downward arrow will show in the right side of a tag's title box.

Clicking on this downward arrow will open up a dropdown menu that will allow you access to the tag's filters. When you rest your mouse cursor over the 'Filters' box, another set of search boxes will open up, enabling you to search for a number greater than, less than, or equal to any number assigned to your number tags.
