1.0  Pixellot Scheduling Platforms

1.1  Mobile Application

  1. Available to users and administrators
  2. Enables users to:
    1. Watch live and VOD content
    2. Create clips
    3. Tag events 
    4. Create personal highlights
  3. Enables administrators to:
    1. Schedule events
    2. Download Content
    3. Control Graphics
    4. Create public highlights

1.3  Web Platform

The web platform is available only to administrators and enables them to:
  1. Schedule events
  2. Watch live and VOD content
  3. Download content
  4. Control Graphics

2.0  Event Scheduling

The Pixellot systems are event driven, and are performed remotely by administrators only.  Scheduling can be performed from either the mobile app or web platform.
Remember to select all event details during scheduling.

  1. Sign in to Pixellot Web Platform: https://club.Pixellot.tv

  2. Fill in your username and password

  3. Select the Events tab

  4. Click on Live & Upcoming

  5. Click the + button

  6. The Create Event page opens

  7. Fill in all the required details. 
         The Club and Venue must be selected from the list. You can name the Event as you like.

    1. Select the Sport Type (for example Ice Hockey)

    2. Select the Game Type (for example  two team game/one team training/no teams

    3. Set the Start & End Time

    4. Adding a team:

      1. If the team exists, pick it from a list

      2. To add a new team, see Adding New Team

    5. Setting permissions

      1. Admin - Only club admins can view content

      2. Club - Admin and Club authorized subscribers can view content

      3. All - Any Pixellot App user can view content

    6. For Stream Forwarding, see Stream Forwarding (link)

    7. You can add up to three (PNG format) logos on the HD feed.

  8. Click Save

3.0  Adding a New Team

  1. Click the +Add Team button
  2. The Add Team page opens
  3. Fill in the details in the Add Team page
    1. Name - Can be anything
    2. Short Name - Three letters (recommended)
    3. Tenant - Select from list
  4. Click Color to select the color
  5. Add a logo in PNG format

4.0  Stream Forwarding

  1. Click the +Add Stream button
  2. The Add Stream Forwarding page opens

  3. Name the stream (can be anything)
  4. Select the Stream Target
    1. Akamai
    2. YouTube
      1. Primary URL
      2. Stream name
    3. Facebook
      1. Server URL
      2. Stream Key
    4. Limelight
